Kalgratt is the country wherein Marionetta takes place. It boarders Betheid.
Government and Laws[]
The Kalgratti government has many strict laws. Belief in anything supernatural, such as magic or ghosts, is illegal. Heterosexual marriage is enforced upon all Kalgratti citizens, most getting married at age 23.
Ah'kon people living in Kalgratt are not considered to be full citizens by the government and live separately from other people. All Ah'kon people in Kalgratt are shaved bald so as to not hide their third eye, and when traveling outside of their communities they are forced to cover their third eye with the Kalgratti coat of arms and are typically guarded by military men.
History[]
One major historical figure of Kalgratt is Jonah Steinheimer. Statues are up in his honor for aiding with the war with Betheid. The average Kalgratti citizen is unaware, however, that Steinheimer was able to achieve this only with the help of Ah'kon magic.
Flag and Coat of Arms[]
The Kalgratti flag has two horizontal stripes of blue, with one white horizontal stipe in the middle. In the center of the flag is the coat of arms, which is a shield with a sword with two snakes wrapped around it.
